IBC Traffic Brand Assets & Guidelines

On this page, you’ll find IBC Traffic’s official Brand Assets — including logos, wordmarks, brand colors, and promotional badges. These are designed to help you showcase collaborations, highlight completed projects, or show support for IBC Traffic across social media and marketing materials.

As long as you follow the brand guidelines below, you may use IBC Traffic’s Brand Assets without prior permission in the following ways:

  • To promote a partnership or collaboration with IBC Traffic

  • On project materials or content that directly involve work completed by or with IBC Traffic

  • On social media to share installs, traffic solutions, or testimonials related to our services

Please Do Not:

  • Use our Brand Assets in a way that could mislead others into thinking a product, service, or message is made or endorsed by IBC Traffic if it’s not

  • Use our Brand Assets to imply affiliation with IBC Traffic on websites, business pages, or accounts that we are not part of

  • Alter, distort, recolor, crop, or manipulate our logos, marks, or badges in any way that goes against our visual identity

Any other use of IBC Traffic’s Brand Assets — including in domain names, advertising, or resale — requires written permission. We reserve the right to revoke usage rights at any time, especially if a use causes confusion or harms the integrity of our brand.

Using IBC Traffic Assets

Our logos and visual assets are designed to reflect precision, reliability, and professionalism — values we bring to every traffic solution. Feel free to use them to showcase project milestones, share client success stories, or express support for our work in a clear and authentic way.

When using our assets:

  • Keep it clean and visually aligned with our brand tone — professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Avoid placing badges or graphics over project photos in a way that distracts from the work itself

  • Think of these materials like brand stickers: great for social media, newsletters, or community engagement — not for modifying your own logos or brand identity

At IBC Traffic, we do more than manage flow — we create clarity and safety on the road. When promoting our work or collaborations, be proud, be precise, and stay true to the mission behind every project.

Use of Bios & Headshots

  • Permitted Use

    • You may use IBC Traffic–approved bios and headshots only in the context of official partnerships, press features, speaking engagements, or project collaborations that directly involve IBC Traffic.

    • Any such use must present our leaders in a respectful, professional, and accurate manner.

  • Restrictions

    • Do not alter, crop, filter, or manipulate headshots in ways that change their professional appearance or misrepresent the individual.

    • Do not use bios or headshots to suggest endorsements of products, services, organizations, or initiatives that are not formally associated with IBC Traffic.

    • Personal or commercial use outside of approved professional contexts is strictly prohibited.

  • Attribution & Accuracy

    • Bios should be used as provided, without modification to professional titles, credentials, or statements, unless approved by IBC Traffic.

    • Headshots should always be paired with the correct name, title, and affiliation to avoid confusion.

  • Revocation of Use

    • IBC Traffic reserves the right to withdraw permission for use of leadership bios or headshots at any time, especially if their use is misleading, harmful to reputation, or outside of the brand’s intended context.
